Here you will find convenient quality accommodations with many amenities. You start your morning relaxing in a resort surrounded by the National Forest. After a day of hiking and rafting, you can enjoy the walking trails next to the Nooksak River or enjoy a soak in the indoor pools and hot tubs.
1 and 2 Bedroom condos
We currently offer several one and two bedroom condos accommodations located in the Snowater Resort.
Many Amenities including indoor pools and hot tubs.
The condos feature full kitchens and gas fireplaces. Each condo has a TV/DVD and some have Satellite Service.
Weekend Rates start at $125 plus tax for a one bedroom and $165 plus tax for a two bedroom. We have a two night minimum.Please note that Holiday Rates start at 165+tax for a 1 BDRM and 185+tax for a 2 BDRM.

Please note that due to high cleaning costs, we generally have a two night minimum on our rentals. Special event weekends such as President's Weekend, Holidays, and the Banked Slalom, may require at least a three night minimum.All units feature a full kitchen, complete with all utensils and a dishwasher. There is also a TV and DVD/VCR with a few movies. The complex features two indoor pools with hot tubs.
RESERVATIONS
We have a two night minimum- except on Holidays and long weekends like President's weekend which requires a three night minimum stay. A 50% deposit is required for reservations. Our cancellation policy is 100% if notice is given at least two weeks in advance. If you cancel with less notice, your deposit is forfeited. Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.
This Snowater one bedroom features a queen bed, a larger pullout couch, a complete kitchen, a bathrooom, and a gas fireplace.
This Snowater two bedroom features a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a gas fireplace.
